It's come to my attention, more so Madame Pomfrey's worry that with Valentine's Day, and it's fun friends that perhaps some people got carried away! Which is fine as long as you're safe! Condoms, birth control, the charm and regular testing is a must! So not only will all students be scheduled for testing, and no it's not an invasion of privacy, it's for your own health! There will also be a mandatory sexual education class. Let's all have fun, ok?

So I'm glad to see everyone had a safe trip back! Minus the few nausea cases. I promise they're working on that for all of you. I think, yes! I mean I'm sure they are.

The houses are back, so I expect not one scratch to come from fighting! You have your respective spaces back so be happy! Now I still hope that you know the Infirmary is in the same place! So no trying to heal yourself, there are adults for that sort of thing. And no selling cold cures. I'm serious, the prefects are supposed to look out for that!

I see that everyone is excited about the holiday break coming up soon but don't forget about your health! I'm not going to lecture you on not drinking to much at New Years or eating too many sweets because that would be hypocritical but lets not forget this time of year is very chilly. Slush, snow and low temperatures!

Please keep bundled and take some vitamins while gone or go get a flu shot for those who see Muggle doctors or grab a potion at your local apothecary for everyone else.

So I suppose I should begin...well I don't even really know that I should. I'm not very welcome in those sort of settings. But I've never be a person who didn't have faith so I suppose I should observe as much as I can.

I've never been good with not eating. Even back when I was little I always cheated.

I got my period! Yeah, yeah, yeah! God I sound sixteen but thank you for the flat belly, ok fleshy but flat belly, regular nipples and menstruation again. Sunday is a handle full of love and all I need right now. Sometimes I think I want more, and I do! I just want someone there with me this time. Alone is ok..but not really. It's be nice to have someone wake up in the middle of the night for me or sit in bed with the kids as we watch morning telly.

Well one day. Maybe!

Is everyone doing well? I hope so. I hate that we've had to send people back to the dorms, but the cases that qualified as extreme are the only ones allowed to stay lengthy periods of time. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask! Midol, a sweater, new mittens, soothing creme. Anything!

I just want to assure everyone I am fine and not pregnant. It's just a bit of blotting. Bad fish! No need to worry or judge!

And layers I'm wearing lots of layers. So it looks larger than it is.

I hope you all are listening and taking care. There's no need to disobey the rules and land yourself in the Infirmary. We already have injuries coming from other...well just other injures! Please don't add to them!!!!!

On another note, it's getting very hectic do Madam Pince and I have decided to split shifts and tomorrow I have the morning off! Roger would you like to be child free with me and go see if we can make sense of anything going on?

It was really fun to see all of you at Sunday's birthday. Ok I know not all of you were there for many reasons, mainly because I was told it was inappropriate for staff to invite but those of you that did come thank you for making her first birthday so magical! The cake was soo delicious I'm glad you all were ok with eating it after she stuck her hands in it. Chocolate is still chocolate after all! I'm not sure what a one year old will do with a unicycle and a handful of moving wooden ponies but thank you none the less.

Last year I couldn't even imagine her getting all this......but then again this is new times right? I hope though for your birthdays you all don't pig out on cake until your stomachs' hurt like some of the adults at Sunday's birthday party.

Does any body get the Educator's Essays? I can't really afford many magazines and sometimes I'm just to tired to read the newspaper except to do the occasional crossword puzzle...but apparently there's something in it I should read.

Going through the mail the other day I got two letters. First I thought Anne and Baba send me a letter, I thought maybe they had heard something, but it was just a flier for their market. Then I got a rejection letter from St.Mungo's. I wasn't even going for a high position or anything. Just a simple low entry job, probably have to do no more than giving sponge baths and changing sheets. How can I be rejected! Then just as I was about to start calling that grimy bar that I saw a help wanted sign in another sheet fell out and the Ministry wants me to work at this Sangster Institution to help Madame Pomfrey! I'm not sure exactly what that means. Am I a school nurse..or..what exactly! They weren't all that specific.

In two months Sunday will be a year old. One year and I wish circumstances were better, but she'll still have a little cake she can sit in. At least film isn't expensive! I'm glad I have so many people with me, because if I was on my own I doubt I'd be able to be in any pictures with her.

As much as I love my baby I just feel that maybe I should say it's bloody hard work no matter how much I mind it and that everyone out there should make sure they're ready for it. Like really ready for it.

We can't have all this sadness, let's be cheerful he'd want us to be. I made a chocolate cake for everyone, so come on and we'll have fun.

I just want to say, that I am not pregnant. Again. And if I was this time it would be no one's business but my own.

Katie is also not pregnant and she doesn't have any reason to be. I appreciate the concern and the gossip is obvious and I know it couldn't be helped, so I'm not angry. Sunday is my only child and hopefully she will be for a while. I can't see being twenty and having two children. By some chance if I was dealt that card of fate I'd love them both but obviously I only have one to love.

I hope at least Owen gave everyone something fun to talk about, to get your mind off things.

Herbology class is canceled. Don't do your papers, just read the next few chapters and water your flowers. I promise class will be back next week. Don't bother me about it, that includes the other teachers, because I would never bother you about your teaching methods. If you all have any problems just talk to...well you should have any problems with reading or watering plants. If so there is a very lovely dictionary of terms in the sitting room and I think a few farmer's almanacs.

Sometimes I don't really know how I handle it all. Oh dear does that sound egotistical? I don't mean for it to be. What I mean is Iain and Cho have such a horrible time with the children. Oh and those poor dears! They should be in school having fun but instead they're here with us sulking adults! Well they have telly, and I heard Ted say he'd bring more books and periodicals they'd like.

Sunday should have a better life than this and I can only hope this is all over for the better by the time she grows up and won't have much of a recollection of this expect from what she hears in history class. I wish I had a camera so I could record how big she keeps getting!
